Nandarra was a great first impression for the company. We were Initially told lift would not be in before Xmas, (by installation team) however, since then absolutely amazing service. Craig said he would send his best and he certainly did, Matthias was an amazing installer...he was incredibly professional and just 'got on' with the job. Subsequent workers on the lift have been equally good. The lift itself works well, and we are very very happy customers. We were told to use easy living lifts, however, their process seemed long and onerous (friends had to wait about 10 months) and Next Level actually had standard lifts onsite in Australia...we are so so glad we used this company.

Modern technology has really expanded my mind because who would of thought a lift would have so many good features, though the manual was a little overwhelming Bakhos really made it clear how to operate it without hesitation and took extra time out of his day to show me personally what to do.
