Bakhos was incredibly courteous and professional on call, especially knowing it was after hours. Answered all my questions promptly, and I never felt rushed or that he was anxious to end the call quickly. Next Level Elevators has pretty good customer service, and that alone makes me a happy customer. I'm pretty sure if their on-site services and product quality is half as good as their customer service, then this company definitely deserves the 5 stars I've given.

We had our lift installed 2018 by Next Level Elevators, and have found their Service/Maintenance Team provide exceptional service with the annual maintenance as well as other miscellaneous works.
Next Level Elevators are fantastic. I needed to get a Residential lift installed and had was absolutely overwhelmed quotes and information. However when I called Next level Elevators Nandara was wonderful I could tell I was talking with an expert. She was very thorough and explained all the different types of lifts and what would best suit my needs.
I recently needed to get a lift installed and my mate recommended Next Level Elevators. So I called them up and them up and got a excellent quote. Bahkos was very knowledgeable and was absolutely brilliant during the entire process. The lift installation was very smooth and everything was done very professionally.
